Ainsworth & Dunn is a full-block mixed-use project combining the renovation of a historic two-story warehouse with a new seven-story residential structure. The restored A&D building was modernized for commercial and office use with a rooftop addition, while the new adjacent structure added 61 residential units, for a combined total of 128,000 SF. Completed 5/2019.
