The project includes 289 residential units, 16,990 SF of restaurant and retail space, and three levels of parking. Residents enjoy extensive amenities including a fitness center, yoga studio, bike storage, dog run, rooftop garden, picnic areas, fire pits, and a community room with kitchen. Completed 4/2025.
