Indoor and outdoor community spaces serve single adults who are disabled, formerly homeless, and earning below 30% of area median income. As DESC's first Permanent Supportive Housing project outside Seattle, the development provides comprehensive wrap-around services including behavioral health care, crisis intervention, and employment support.
