North Lot (Beacon Pacific Village - Phase I)

Beacon Pacific Village is the first phase of a two-part mixed-use affordable housing development on the historic Pacific Hospital campus. Phase I includes 160 family-sized affordable units, a 24,000 SF PACE elder-care facility, and a 10,000 SF early learning center operated by El Centro de la Raza. Developed by SCIDpda as part of the Housing Development Consortium's Exemplary Buildings Program, the project sits adjacent to the iconic Pacific Tower with shared green spaces and strong transit access. Phase I also provides structured parking and community service spaces supporting residents, childcare staff, and healthcare providers. Completed 9/2024.
