Orenda at Othello (Building C) is a 230,000 SF mixed-use development located steps from the Othello Light Rail Station. As a centerpiece of the Rainier Valley's long-term revitalization efforts, the project includes underground parking, two levels of mixed-use space, and five levels of wood-framed residential housing with 176 affordable units. A key feature was coordinating with Seattle Children's Hospital, the anchor tenant, to support expanded healthcare access for low-income residents in South Seattle. Awarded the NECA Project Excellence Award 2021. Completed 10/2021.
