Located at the prominent intersection of King St. and 8th Ave. in the heart of the International District, Uncle Bob's Place is a 105,584 SF, eight-story mixed-use development with 6,500 SF of ground-floor retail and seven levels of residential housing. The building provides 126 affordable units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and was made possible through city and county funding, low-income housing tax credits, and strong community partnerships. Completed 11/2022.
